NEW WELSH LABOUR STUDENTS COMMITTEE ELECTED

Last weekend over 50 Welsh Labour Students took part in a Welsh Labour Students Conference. The conference was a great success, and lots of ideas were generated for Welsh Labour Students moving forward.

Labour Students National Chair, Olivia Bailey, said:

"It is great to get Welsh Labour Students back in to action. We had some great discussions, and I am really looking forward to working with Welsh Labour Students moving forward. It was also great to hold this conference in conjunction with Young Labour.

I also want to congratulate everyone who was elected."

Conference elected a new Welsh Labour Students committee. The results are as follows:

Women's Officer - Hannah Farrar
Disabled Students Officer - Paul Wilkinson
LGBT Officer - Owain Claydon
