NEW OFFICER ELECTED!

At the Winning Liberation event on the 27 August, Ben Dilks was elected to become the new Labour Students LGBT Officer.

Ben said:

"It is a great honour to have been elected Labour Students LGBT Officer.

LGBT students still face huge discrimination, and I want to campaign to ensure that the Labour Party keeps leading the way and keeps standing up for LGBT students.

We will be campaigning on a lot this year, in particular our support for the campaign for gay marriage working with LGBT Labour.
