JIM MURPHY ANNOUNCED AS FOLS PRESIDENT

Labour Students are delighted to announce that the Rt Hon. Jim Murphy MP has agreed to become the President of Friends of Labour Students. Announced at the recent Friends of Labour Students dinner, Jim will become the first ever President of FOLS.

Rt Hon. Jim Murphy MP said:

"I'm really pleased to be taking on this role. I look forward to helping develop and strengthen FOLS and to working with the current generation of Labour Students. Labour is at its best when we are a campaigning party at the cutting edge of new ideas, and Labour Students are a vital to making sure that continues."
