Campaign for a Living Wage for Oxford Staff

Despite comparable living expenses, Oxford residents do not receive the same living wage as Londoners. Thanks to the hard work of campaigners, including Oxford University Labour Club and local Labour MP Andrew Smith, Oxford City Council has now agreed to pay its lowest paid employees at least £7 per hour.

The University is one of the largest employers in Oxford, yet it still does not pay a living wage to all of its employees. This is crucial to improve the living standards of all Oxford residents.

Sign up to Andrew Smith MP and Oxford University Labour Club's campaign for Oxford University and Colleges to follow the example of the City Council and pay all employees a living wage.
